First time I applied for a job, I had no idea what to wear, hence, the reason why I didn't get the job! I think that it is one of the most vital things that we should all undertake, when applying for a job - dressing the part. In reality, personal appearance is a major factor, truth be told, who wants a lousy and scruffy looking person for an employee? I think it's easier than most people think, just don a clean, pressed suit with basic or neutral colors, keep your hair in place, look smart and poised, and of course, be smart, and smile, looking pleasant is always a plus. Also, not everything has to be new, just put together clean business-like clothes that fit you well, and you're good to go. But, personal appearance is not just about your appearance per se, it's also about punctuality, being prepared and having a positive outlook in life, surely it can get you any job you apply for!
