I used to work in the theater. We were always required by the producers, stage managers, and all the big bosses to come on time. That is something that I have no problems with. I am the type of person who goes early to bed so that I can rise early the next day. However, this was not the case for one of my co-workers.
She was a
very good thespian. She can actually bring life to the roles that she is supposed to portray. The problem with her, though, is that she usually comes late for rehearsals and other
pre-production meetings. You can just imagine the stress all of us feels whenever my co-worker does not show up on time. At first, the big honchos tried to give some time for her to adapt to the early call times. She was able to make it for some time, but time came that she returned to her usual tardy self. For all I care, she must have used up all excuses in the world. However, enough was enough. Everyone was absolutely mad at her. We could not set up the lights. The costume designers could not arrange her clothes. Everyone was affected... all just because of the girl who can't arrive on time! The producers finally decided to let my co-worker leave, despite the fact that she was really talented.
I could have pitied her. But, no, that's not in my nature. It's either you're on time or not. Time for me is gold, cliche as it sounds. I'm not being a preacher. I am just stating a piece of advice that we all must put into our very soul. Why am I relating this? Simply because it's not only in stage plays where one is required to come on time. We should all know this. You might think that your boss does not notice your tardiness, but wait until he has had enough. You might as well pack your bags and leave now.
I'm a juggler of my own life. I've got my usual boring day job, but I spice it up a little with my band gigs twice a week and on my free hours, I teach guitar lessons. Well that's been some sort of relief, affording to live on my own the way I want to.

Life for me isn't like a box of chocolate. It's more like a cheesy macaroni or a tuna casserole. I remember, when I was a kid, I hated sticky and icky for it gives me instant nausea. As soon as I see one, I'm feel the urge to puke out all my morning br
