Nervousness and Job Interviews

Job interviews are very nerve-wrecking most especially when it's your first one. What should you answer or reply when your interviewer asks you very private or intrusive questions? This is a situation which many of us experience.

Of course, we should understand that job interview is a big factor in our applications. It's very hard to avoid answering questions because this might affect your application. So, what should you do? Stay calm and pleasant; ask what's the relevance of the question to your job application in a nice and polite way. If you think that the interviewer is going out of line, you might have to think twice about joining the company.
