Industrial relations (more commonly known in personnel management as labor relations) is the study of the relations between the managerial hierarchy of a corporate
organization and its laborers forming a trade union. It is said that industrial relations actually begins at the contract signed between the employee and a representative from the company's human resources department.
The contract outlines the
